We give you a written scope and price before any work starts. Hardware and third-party licenses are passed through at our cost with no markup, or you can purchase them directly.

The questions every business owner asks before they hire a managed IT provider.
- How much do managed IT services cost in the US?
- For small and mid-sized US businesses, fully managed IT typically costs between $89 and $179 per user per month, depending on tier and security requirements. TechPro Support Essential starts at $89/user/month; Professional (most popular) ranges $129–$159; Enterprise tier with HIPAA/SOC 2 controls runs $149–$179. These are all-inclusive: unlimited tickets, no per-incident fees.
- Is per-user or per-device pricing better for my business?
- Per-user pricing is simpler and almost always cheaper for small offices because most people use a laptop plus a phone plus shared resources. Per-device pricing makes sense if you have many shared workstations or a high device-to-user ratio (manufacturing floors, retail). We default to per-user and switch to per-device only if it's clearly better for you.
- What's included in unlimited tickets?
- Any reactive support request: password resets, software issues, hardware troubleshooting, account setup, mailbox problems, printer issues, Wi-Fi questions, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration, vendor coordination. Projects that require dedicated planning — network roll-outs, office moves, major migrations — are scoped separately on a flat-fee basis.
- Are there hidden fees or after-hours surcharges?
- No. The monthly fee is what you pay. After-hours emergency support is included on Professional and Enterprise tiers. Travel, hardware, third-party software licenses, and project work are itemized separately and only with your written approval — never as surprise invoices.
- Can I switch tiers later?
- Yes. Move up or down with 30 days notice. Many clients start on Essential, then upgrade to Professional once they need stronger security or after the first cybersecurity scare.
- Do you require a long-term contract?
- We require a 90-day initial onboarding period (so we both have time to make the relationship work), then month-to-month with 30 days notice. If we're not earning your business, you can leave — and you'll walk away with all documentation, passwords, and configs.
